Whilst online courses for beginners are amazing, this hands on mentorship will fast track you with experience. If it is one thing I have learnt, that no matter how much you read, until you put it into practice and add your creative flare it will not mean anything.

So let’s get you started today on the camera, learning and shooting and creating a portfolio from day one!

You can organise a couple or family or muse of your choice to gain hands on experience behind the camera with Carissa by your side to teach you how to use your camera and how to interact and pose your clients in the most natural way.

HOW THE DAY WILL RUN

We would spend the first 4 hours hands on learning the basics of :

• Cameras and Lenses
• Shutters, Aperture and their Relationships
• ISO, Exposure and Metering
• Lighting
• Basic Lightroom Editing, Resolution and Printing
• Final 2 hours photographing a real couple or muse of your choice!

Firstly let me say your head will be spinning with all the knowledge you have gained. You will be so excited with what you have captured during this mentorship. Content ready to edit and post!  I so wished I had this when I started! I would have got to where I am today a whole lot faster that is for sure!

A personalised session with me opens up a world of possibilities for expanding your knowledge about the beginner basics of photography. In summary the relationship between Shutter, Aperture, ISO, Exposure and Metering plus add in a little creative flare!

During this session, I will eagerly and openly share my daily practices with you, providing you with valuable insights to help you grow and improve. You’ll have the chance to ask any questions that come to mind and gain valuable knowledge from my years of photography experience in portraits, sporting, landscape and more!
