[ SUNSHINE COAST · BRISBANE · AND BEYOND ]
It’s a wedding, but it’s so much more than that. It’s an epic adventure in your chosen location, created just for the two of you—and anyone else you choose to bring along.
Four shapes a day can take. One of them is probably closer than you'd think.
Do you have a wish list or bucket list? Let's check it off.
[ what's your adventure ]
01.
Maybe you are...
you're homebodies that have just spent the last 12 mths renovating your dream home and back yard and now you can't think of any where better than home to say I do in front of your favourite people.
02.
Maybe you are...
A couple that wants a leisurely start to the day, getting ready in a cozy A-frame cabin before tying the knot at sunset overlooking the sensational mountain landscapes of Mt Hotham. A privately catered dinner sitting under the stars.

03.
Maybe you are...
A pair of early birds who want to kick-start your wedding day with a sunrise hike just the two of you (and your photographer). Or even have a celebrant and 2 besties join us for the actual I do!
04.
Maybe you are...
wanting to go big—really big—and spend two days together taking the first day as a 'first look' then off hiking around Mt Cook and Tasman Lake for epic scenery and imagery, then the second day the actual wedding with your dearest people overlooking Lake Tepako, finishing with a reception back at your huge airbnb that houses everyone!

Most of my job happens before the day
[ the planning ·WHY IT COSTS WHAT IT COSTS ]
None of it is an add-on. Planning is included in every collection because it's most of the work — and it's what makes the day feel like yours rather than a schedule you're being marched through.
Sixteen years of it has taught me a few things.
01.
05.
All of it is yours before the day arrives — the whole thing on one page.
How much actually fits in a day
Enough that it doesn't feel rushed, and not so much that you spend it watching the clock. The gaps are the part you'll remember.

Headlands are breezy and a short hike is always longer than it looks in a dress. We go slower than you think we need to.
What a dress does in wind, and on the walk in
A weather plan made now, not at six in the morning
Somewhere covered, a second spot lower down, or an agreement that rain is allowed. Decided while it's still abstract.
02.
This coast faces east, so sunset sits behind the land on most beaches. Where you stand and when you stand there is one decision, not two.
What the light is doing at the hour you've picked
Which places need a permit, and who issues it
Councils, national parks and private owners all work differently, and a few places won't allow a ceremony at all. Easier to know now than a fortnight before.
Somewhere in that hour it stops being an idea. They go quiet, then they get excited, then they get a bit nervous — all three of those about ten seconds apart.

You've just read eight things to work out. Here's the part where you stop holding them.
After our first call I draft a timeline for your day and send it across with your quote. It's rough on purpose — a first go at where the light will be, how long the walk in takes, when you'd want to eat. Something to argue with. That's usually where the day starts taking its actual shape, in the back and forth over a draft neither of us is precious about.
By the week of the wedding it's the whole thing on one page, and nobody is guessing at anything.
You don't have to carry any of it on your own
AND THEN THERE'S ME
03.
It's yours
Sign, deposit, date held. Then the real planning starts.

We talk
By the end of the hour there's a shape on the page. It comes to you with your quote.
What ever you are envisioning we can make this happen...
The packages we offer are created to help you design your best day (or days, plural). Each of our packages includes unlimited consultations, a detailed guidebook, and a day-of timeline—not to mention unforgettable memories of heart and in stills that perfectly capture your love for one another, and your incredible ceremony.
You don't need a location, a date, or a single idea beyond the thought that you might want to do this quietly. On our first call we start sketching what your day could look like, whether you end up booking me or not.
Everything I know, written down. No sign-up, no download, no email address required.

The place is the reason you're going. It's also the thing most at risk from people doing exactly what we're about to do.
So we stay on the track. Nothing gets moved or broken for a better frame. Petals, confetti and smoke stay at home. Whatever we carry in comes out again with us, including the flowers once we're done with them.
None of it will cost you anything on the day, and you won't notice me doing it. It's just why the place is still worth standing in, and why the two people who come after you get the same view you did.
