TERMS AND CONDITIONS - STORY TELLER SESSIONS

BOOKING AND PAYMENT
- Payment is due in full to secure your ticket
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable
- Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance: May be credited towards future sessions, however there is no guarantee that this session will be offered again
- Cancellations less than 48 hours: No refund or credit will be issued due to the small number of tickets available. If your place can somehow be taken by another participant, then a refund will be issued
- NO REFUNDS: All payments are non-refundable once made unless your place can be filled

RESCHEDULING POLICY
- No rescheduling available - This is currently a one-off session

WEATHER CONDITIONS
- Sessions are weather permitted and subject to safe shooting conditions
- Light rain or overcast conditions may still allow for beautiful storytelling opportunities
- In case of severe weather (storms, heavy rain, dangerous conditions), sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost
- Weather-related rescheduling does not constitute grounds for refund
- Final weather decisions rest with the photographer for safety reasons

SESSION DETAILS
- Session duration is up to 4 hours unless otherwise specified, including time for a coffee debrief and Q&A if time permits
- Location scouting and travel within 50km of base location included
- Additional travel fees apply for locations beyond 50km
- Client is responsible for any location permits or fees required

IMAGE DELIVERY AND USAGE
- Participants will use their own cameras and equipment
- All images shared on social media must be tagged 'STORY TELLING WITH ELK AND FIR @ELKANDFIR'
- Tickets are not transferable unless requested in writing first

LIABILITY AND CONDUCT
- Elk and Fir Photography is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during sessions, including travelling to and from the session
- Participants participate at their own risk and are responsible for their safety
- Professional conduct is expected from all parties
- Sessions may be terminated without refund for inappropriate behaviour

FORCE MAJEURE
- Sessions may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, natural disasters, government restrictions)
- In such cases, rescheduling will be offered or store credit provided
- No cash refunds will be issued under force majeure circumstances

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All images remain the intellectual property of the individual photographer
- Images may be used for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested
- **Raw/unedited images are not provided under any circumstances**

AGREEMENT
By booking a Story Teller session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Elk and Fir Photography.
